Educ8 to Don8 Program

One organ donor can save up to 8 lives and one tissue donor can save and enhance the lives of 50 or more. Every time someone says "YES" to donation, it gives hope to the tens of thousands of patients waiting for a life-saving organ transplant and the thousands more in need of a tissue or cornea transplant. Many of those who await their second chance at life are even teenagers themselves. Educating students about the significance of saying "YES" to donation allows them to make an informed decision and share their wishes with their family and friends. Nevada Donor Network is proud to offer a guest speaker to teach critical donation information to your class. By requesting our “Educ8 to Don8” program, you will empower your students and help them understand the importance of joining the Nevada Donor Registry and encouraging others to do the same. Together, we can help educate and save more lives than ever before!
